How to prepare

No special preparation is needed. A calm baby is easier to scan, so feeding your baby before the visit can help.

How the scan goes

The scan is done by radiologist Dr Povilas Žudys on a top-class Samsung RS85 EVO ultrasound machine.

A little gel goes on the skin and the probe glides gently over the area. The scan does not hurt and uses no radiation.

The doctor explains the results straight after the scan. A written report with the scan images is included in the price.
